Excellent customer service and repair work!

$11,000 worth of work on my truck due to last years hail storm. After them having it for forever. I finally get my truck back at night. The next morning when I go to inspect it. I find 2 chips in the paint, to the bear metal on the roof, the entire roof was supposed to have been painted. They took my sun visor off my hood and never replaced it. My ford emblem that I pointed out was never replaced. They broke my xm radio mount. I have a laptop mount in my truck they removed it and couldn't even be professional enough to reinstall. I pointed out other hail damage to the truck and the guy didn't act like he cared and it was never fixed. The best part is that the paint doesn't even match. Seriously disappointed in my experience with them.

Walt did an alignment on my Silverado 4X4. When I bought the truck (used), the GM dealer said they aligned it. The steering wheel was never straight and the truck would pull annoyingly slightly to the left. I finally replaced the tires after an issue with the 4 wheel drive mechanism and took it to Snyder Collision. Walt did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The truck now tracks straight and the steering wheel is straight. I would definitely recommend his work.
